The small angle suction holder is used to quickly position panes at a 90° angle to each other. It is suitable for very small and light glass objects. Fine adjustment is possible after positioning. The bonding gap can be adjusted exactly with the help of feeler gauges.
The suction pad is placed in the housing, which makes the vacuum very stable. With wider panes, a suction holder should be positioned every 30 cm to keep the panes in the right position.
Fixing aids are not suitable for carrying glass.
Application note:
Always store the suction holder so that the suction pads are not damaged. Do not move the suction holder after suction to avoid abrasion or scratches on the glass.
