With Alva, floor recesses are no longer necessary. By means of a base plate, the fitting is securely fastened to the ground with only two - instead of four - screws and is anchored just as stably.
If the two intended drill holes run along an expansion joint, alternative drilling options enable secure fastening in the substrate.
The distance between the wall and the first hole is 29 mm and thus offers sufficient space for vertical drilling with a drill so that the holes in the substrate can be drilled comfortably. The door reaches its ideal position with the help of four adjusting screws. This allows fine adjustment of the vertical alignment and the zero position up to +/-3 mm and +/- 3° respectively. The distance to the wall, the horizontal alignment, can also be easily adjusted by +/- 3 mm using a fifth set screw.
