This is the flat belt support for the FLEX wet belt grinder (80 series / BO 80.107 & BO 80.108). The flat belt support is used for straight edges.
Application note:
The belt support can be easily inserted into the holes provided when the abrasive belt is removed. Then put the belt back on and tension it.
