Changing customer demands require continuous further development of quality products, such as those of the world-renowned Veribor® brand. Bohle AG has taken on this task for the BO 601 and BO 601G pump suction lifters.
The name Veribor® stands for quality - Made in Germany. Bohle AG is living up to this promise once again: together with product management and sales, the company's product development department has set up a customer test group, through which the different variants of product improvement were analysed and evaluated in everyday working situations. The result of customer feedback and development is a new, optimized rubber disc that features the following characteristics:
- Even better resistance to dirt, e. g. dust, for a longer product service life.
- Optimized application on slightly structured surfaces, as the sealing lips adapt better to the structured substrate.
- Addition of a protective bumper: Protects the three sealing lips from external influences such as sharp glass edges and stabilizes the outer edge of the rubber disc. This makes the suction lifter even faster and more effective in use.
- Faster vacuum build-up and release
To achieve these results, the geometry of the rubber sealing lips in particular has been further developed: Wider sealing lips with greater distances between them and an enlarged, outer protective rim, which serves as a so-called bumper, will make working with the two Veribor® quality pump lifters even more comfortable for product users in the future. Of course, this rubber disc is again TÜV Nord GS-certified.
